I recently participated in an intensive, highly collaborative messaging workshop with a new client who admitted that his original market positioning was too complex for most audiences to grasp. So he hosted Team Clarus at the beautiful lakefront setting of the Chicago Yacht Club, where we rolled up our sleeves and got down to messaging.
What was most amazing about this session was that the client promptly took the results of our hard work and that evening rewrote his website splash page to include his brand new messaging.
After years of hard work this client had put into developing his product, he was amazed that in just six hours (which included a lovely harbor-side lunch break) we could turn the complex into the compelling.
